Terms and Conditions

At Blue Automatic Driving, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to help learners achieve their driving goals as quickly as possible without compromising on teaching quality. We work with a network of experienced, DVSA-approved driving instructors (“Driving Instructor(s)”) who offer high-quality, individually focused tuition to meet the needs of every student.

By booking with Blue Automatic Driving, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Driving Courses

• Our courses are available in England only.
• After booking a course on our website, www.blueautomaticdriving.com, or over the phone, you will need to complete an online “Details Form.”
• Course fees include:
  • An administration fee for arranging driving lessons and booking your practical driving test (if applicable).
  • Tuition fees paid to your Driving Instructor.
  • Car hire for the practical driving test (for intensive courses only).
• Theory test costs are not included but can be booked as an additional service for £35.
• We cannot guarantee you will pass your theory or practical driving test, as success depends on your skill and preparation.
• Online theory training is available as a separate service.

Payment

• A deposit is required when booking and is non-refundable unless:
  • We cannot secure a suitable practical driving test within 10 working days after receiving your completed Details Form.
  • We cannot allocate a Driving Instructor for your lessons.
• The remaining balance is due once your theory test is passed, and a suitable practical driving test is booked.
• Payments can be made online or over the phone via major debit/credit cards or PayPal.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.

Lessons

• A valid UK provisional driving licence is required and must be presented at all lessons and tests.
• Lessons must begin within six months of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Arrangements for lesson times and locations are made directly with your Driving Instructor.
• Arriving late or missing lessons may result in the lesson being cancelled without refund.

Practical Driving Tests

• Blue Automatic Driving will aim to secure a practical driving test within 10 working days after receiving your completed Details Form.
• Practical tests are included in your course time and are typically booked on weekdays. A weekend test may incur an additional fee of £13.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

• To cancel or reschedule a test, at least 3 full working days’ notice is required.
• Rearranging a test will incur a £10 fee for theory tests and a £50 fee for practical tests.
• Downgrading your course is not permitted.

Driving Instructors

• All Driving Instructors are DVSA-approved and independent contractors.
• Driving Instructors may refuse to proceed with lessons if they believe you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if abusive behaviour occurs.
• The Driving Instructor may also refuse their vehicle for a practical test if your driving does not meet the required standard.

Use of Personal Data

• Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
• Information will only be shared with third parties as required by law or for test booking purposes.
• By booking with us, you consent to us managing your DVSA bookings on your behalf.
